Today I had a reason to be sad. But I chose not be sad and continued being awesome instead. True story. |

Angel had her first taste of She-Ra today. She loved it. After a few episodes she was running around the house thrusting her toy lightsabre in the air and shouting "SEE-WA! SEE-WA!".

Zombieland is my new favourite zombie movie of all time. I thought it was utterly fantastic. Definately something I would love to see in the cinema again. I give it eleven delicious brains out of ten.
*Shaun of the Dead and Dawn of the Dead (remake) go zombie lurch sulk in the corner because I have a new favourite*
WAIT! Stop sulking! I still love you guys. I just love Zombieland more.
Stop looking at me like that you two. If you're that mopy about it go call a help line or something. |

Someone the other day asked me "What is your idea of hell on Earth?"
My reply was "All comics being written by Jeff Loeb and illustrated by Rob Liefeld" |

I saw Turtles Forever. I thought it was awesome and a giant load of fun.
I also got a tattoo. It starts at my left shoulder and ends at my elbow.
My plan for Christmas this year is to spend the whole day regularly switching between playing Guitar Hero and sleeping. It’s gonna be epic.
The last five months have been absolutely fantastic. |

Trade two games at EB and get Batman Arkham Asylum for $39.95, and pre-order to receive exclusive unlockable armour! Wait, I’m a person with two games I would like to trade in! LET’S DO THIS!
*public transport montage set to You Got the Touch by Stan Bush*
Me: *waiting in line at EB Games counter*
Inner Monolog: This gypsy looking guy next to me sure is staring at me funny. Is he trying to hex me?!
EB Guy: Hi how can I help you today?
Inner Monolog: Do you have a time machine so I can travel to the future and buy Batman: Arkham Asylum?
Me: I would like to trade these two games and pre-order Batman Arkham Asylum
EB Guy: Okay, cool. Minus the credit from those two games, that will be $79.95
Inner Monolog: SPIDER SENSE TINGLING! The numbers coming out of his mouth are full of wrong!
Me: Wait… what?! $79.95?! Isn’t it supposed to be $39.95 with two traded games?
EB Guy: No, that deal only starts when the game is released. How much do you want to put on the pre-order?
Inner Monolog: I want to find your head of propaganda AND MAKE HIM SEE HIS BLOOD!
Me: Nah mate, forget the whole thing. I’ll grab it when it comes out. I can’t afford the extra forty bucks. Thank you. |

This is the t-shirt I want to wear everyday for the rest of my life
I've been playing a lot of TMNT: Turtles in Time Reshelled since Wednesday, and I am enjoying the hell out of it. COWABUNGA! The graphic upgrades and gameplay tweaks make this feel like a different game from the original arcade version. Which is exactly what I want out of a port or a re-release.
I refuse to buy a port of a game I already own on another system if barely anything has been done to update or improve it. Adding an extra hidden dungeon does not count as an improvement. |
